Dapo Pond

Dapo Pond, originally named "Dapi" (大陂) and also known as "Dapi" (大埤), is an inland freshwater marsh. It was once listed as one of Taitung's Ten Scenic Spots, known for "Fishing at Chishang." Due to its excellent natural environment, it boasts rich ecological resources, including diverse flora and fauna. Every summer, visitors can admire the pond full of delicate pink lotus flowers. The area also features a lakeside walking path and a cycling trail.
