Wang-an Green Sea Turtle Conservation and Tourism Center

A sea turtle-shaped building stands southeast of Wang-an Islet, not far from Tanmen Port. Inside the center, Wang-an's natural ecology unfolds before your eyes, with exhibits featuring migratory birds and various conservation species. Of course, the most important subject, the 'Green Sea Turtle,' is prominently featured. Beyond identifying turtle species characteristics and their habitats, the center also presents intriguing exhibits on sea turtles and the folk blessing activity known as 'Shangyuan Begging for Turtles'.
