Chixi Columnar Basalt is located in the middle section of Xiyu Township's west coast. Its color tends towards dark black, gradually turning brown as one travels north. Besides the color, the columnar basalt here also displays a remarkably diverse range of formations, including upright, curved, fallen, and even tilted postures.
