Hongluo Village, located at the bottom of Hongluo Bay, possesses ten stone weirs. Most of them already existed during the Qing Dynasty, while some were constructed during the Japanese colonial period. Among these, three are double-chambered stone weirs, each over 300 meters long, and the Dahuhu Stone Weir has a total length of 1375 meters, making it the largest stone weir in Penghu County.
