Duli Scenic Area

The 'Duli Scenic Area' is located at approximately 124.5K on Provincial Highway 11, adjacent to the Duli Tribe. In the past, the Duli Amis people called this place 'katomayan' (旮都瑪樣), meaning 'where bears appear.' In addition to being the administrative center of the East Coast National Scenic Area (under the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications), the park also encompasses the Duli Visitor Center, Amis Folk Culture Center, a large parking lot, and outdoor recreation and performance spaces. Its elevated position offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as stunning sunrises and moonrises. It serves not only as a crucial information hub for tourists seeking East Coast travel details but also as an important site for tour operators leading guided visits and explanations. Moreover, it is a favorite spot for locals to picnic, take their children, and walk their pets.
