Jingang Boulevard

Changguang Village is located in Changbin Township, Taitung County. Its old name was Shiken (Ciwkangan), and it's a beautiful village backed by mountains and facing the sea, situated around the 85K mark of Provincial Highway 11. Upon entering Changguang Village, follow County Road 13 (Changguang Industrial Road) straight west, and the straight “Jingang Boulevard” will immediately come into view. Standing on the boulevard, endless terraced fields stretch out on both the north and south sides, distinctly layered at the foot of Jingang Mountain and beside the Pacific Ocean. As the sea breeze blows, golden rice stalks sway in the wind, creating waves of rice that echo the sound of the ocean. This boundless and magnificent vista can rival the “Mr. Brown Avenue” in the rift valley.
