Water Flows Uphill

Driving along Highway 11 near Dulan, you'll always hear travelers exclaiming in surprise at a particular spot: the geographical marvel known as 'Water Flows Uphill'. Just 1.8 kilometers from Dulan, an irrigation ditch for farmland appears to defy gravity, with water slowly flowing uphill along the channel.
