【Evaluation Validity Period: 2023/02/22~2026/02/21】 Shangdao Food, which specializes in raw materials for Taiwanese pearl milk tea and provides guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs from all over the world, has long recognized the importance of promoting Taiwan's pearl milk tea food culture and fulfilling its responsibility as a global citizen. In Lize, Su'ao, Yilan, guided by principles of sustainability, ecological friendliness, energy conservation, carbon reduction, and environmental symbiosis, the company has integrated local resources and collaborated with local fishermen, farmers, farmers' associations, communities, vocational schools, and universities to promote local culture. After two years of planning and six years of construction, they have created a 'breathing house'. This green factory, a cradle for dreams, embraces a 'farm-to-table' and 'brand-to-world' philosophy. With the corporate vision of 'Let the world know Taiwan's good taste,' it aims to make Taiwanese pearl milk tea flourish across the globe. The entire park functions as an international culinary exchange platform and a flagship brand concept store. Beyond talent development and guidance for opening businesses, it constantly innovates in culinary research and development, pioneers new shop operating models, and serves as a pearl milk tea experience education center. The park's diverse themed areas include a Pearl Milk Tea Cultural Museum, an Entrepreneurship and Store Opening Corridor, a Food Product Production Area, DIY Experience Classrooms, an Ecological Park, and a 12-meter Green Corridor. Within the museum, various entrepreneurial store types are showcased: a small-farm vegetarian Western restaurant, a modern tea shop fast-food restaurant, a Chinese banquet hall, and a Taiwanese gourmet souvenir store, allowing aspiring entrepreneurs to gain a complete, hands-on experience within the park.
