The founders, Mr. and Mrs. Lin Xi-hong, are authentic Penghu natives. Driven by a desire to promote Penghu's traditional delicacies, they hold unique insights and high standards for seafood. To preserve Penghu's authentic flavors, they insist on not adding chemical spices and are committed to sharing fresh, authentic Penghu cuisine. For the benefit of consumers, Hong Yu Xing continuously sets high standards for quality and management. In 2006 (Minguo 95), they began planning to establish a qualified food factory (Factory 1). Starting from the consumer's perspective, their plan was to use systematic factory management to produce high-quality products that comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Their long-term goal is to ensure that when consumers hear "Hong Yu Xing," they feel secure, cared for, and at ease. Due to the deliciousness of their products, their commitment to using real ingredients, and their continuous focus on raising food safety and hygiene standards, Hong Yu Xing's products became widely popular among consumers, leading to a significant increase in sales. The original factory (Qianfuwei Factory 1) gradually reached its production capacity. Therefore, in 2013 (Minguo 102), Hong Yu Xing proposed a plan to build a new, high-specification facility and design a tourist factory that incorporates marine education. This new facility was completed and officially opened in 2019 (Minguo 108), with the entire factory area passing ISO22000 and HACCP international certifications. The Hong Yu Xing Cuttlefish Ball Museum is Taiwan's first tourist factory centered around cuttlefish balls. Located in Cianjhen Fishing Port, Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung City, the museum combines expertise in cuttlefish, marine education, Penghu-style snacks, DIY cuttlefish ball making, an automated cuttlefish ball production line, and a seafood market. It stands as Taiwan's most comprehensive and professional 'cuttlefish world,' offering consumers the ideal place for shopping, dining, visiting, and experiencing. The Hong Yu Museum of cuttlefish ball is the first tourist factory in Taiwan with cuttlefish balls as the main theme. It is located in the Cianjhen Fishing Port of Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City. Inside the Museum, it combines expertise in cuttlefish, marine education, Penghu-style snacks, DIY cuttlefish ball making, automated cuttlefish ball production lines, and a seafood market. It is Taiwan's most abundant and professional squid world, providing consumers with the best place for shopping, dining, visiting, and experiencing.
