【Assessment Validity Period: 2021/04/26~2024/04/25】 Wu Yong-Mao, founder of E-Mi-Te and also known as Ah-Mao, possesses over thirty years of experience in making pastries and snacks. He founded the Hao Han Group, becoming the leading OEM supplier of mochi ingredients throughout Taiwan. As Taiwanese people increasingly prioritize food safety and the quality of leisure travel, Ah-Mao decided to return to his hometown and establish the 'E-Mi-Te Rice Food & Snack Tourist Factory'. Using the land inherited from his father and his own thirty-plus years of expertise in developing snacks and pastries, he transformed the 'E-Mi-Te Rice Food & Snack Tourist Factory', located in Su'ao amidst green hills and fields and spanning nearly 5,000 pings, into a comprehensive leisure park offering gourmet food, culture, recreation, and scenic beauty. Grateful for the blessings that rice has brought him and inheriting his father's deep affection for rice, every grain of rice holds special significance for Ah-Mao. In its production process, ancient methods are combined with modern essence to enhance manufacturing quality. Japanese technology has been introduced to allow every ordinary grain of rice to showcase simple yet profound characteristics. Hence, the new brand was named 'E-Mi-Te', ensuring that every bite is unique.
