This includes founding 'An Yong Fresh' healthy supermarkets, carefully selecting safe, fresh, and convenient healthy ingredients; actively cultivating the 'An Yong Fresh Baseball Team,' embodying a baseball culture that combines sports fitness with game entertainment; and in 2016, preparing for the establishment of the 'An Yong Hsin Food Hall Tourism Factory,' bringing together gourmet food and leisure recreation to promote a healthy lifestyle for the public. The 'An Yong Hsin Food Hall' is a world-class green building food tourism factory located in Su'ao Township, Yilan County. Built with an investment of one billion NTD, the venue is designed with elements of ocean, fish, and humanities. It was shortlisted for the 2017 WAF World Architecture Festival Award, awarded the Ministry of Interior's Diamond-level Green Building label in 2018, making it the only diamond-level green building tourism factory in Taiwan, and won the A' Design Award Gold Prize for 'Best Green Architecture Design' in 2019. Here, you can explore the wonders of the ocean and learn about dietary knowledge through AR high-tech interactive games, and experience various fun DIY courses at the miniature factory, suitable for the whole family. It is the only place in Taiwan to exclusively introduce Japan's CAS Fresh Cell Preservation Freezing Technology and showcase functional beverages with a transparent production line. From farm to table, the dual enjoyment of technology and gastronomy ensures you eat safely and have fun! To fulfill its corporate social responsibility, An Yong Hsin Food Hall began participating in the 'Local Revitalization' program to adopt its hometown in 2019.
