The sincerity and warmth characteristic of Fucheng residents laid the foundation for the brand's cultural values: “the unwavering commitment to quality” and “Taiwan's unique human touch.” Following guidance from ITRI in 2009 and construction from 2010 to 2012, the Black Bridge Sausage Museum was established in September 2012, aiming to help consumers better understand our brand's cultural heritage. To achieve a distinctive positioning, we highlight two main cultural themes: Tainan Fucheng's local culture and the meat-eating traditions of both Eastern and Western cultures, hoping to enhance the quality of domestic tourism. The Sausage Museum is positioned as an industrial museum that combines culture and leisure. Inside, numerous interactive facilities and exhibits are set up, offering surprising and engaging experiences that achieve an edutainment effect for visitors. Permanent exhibitions such as "Wutiaogang: A Return to Grandeur" and "The Bustling Sakariba" trace the origins of the brand's development. We designed a DIY experience activity, the "Sausage Pig Doll Charm," which integrates knowledge about sausages. Through these dolls and rich information, visitors can learn about sausage eating culture. Black Bridge's culinary legend began in "Wujiaozi." The Taiwanese sausage, meticulously crafted by founder Mr. Chen Wen-hui, known as the "Father of Taiwanese Sausages," has captivated countless gourmets with its uniquely sweet and juicy flavor. Over 56 years, Black Bridge has become synonymous with Taiwanese sausage, consistently upholding its commitment to "making good sausages with good heart." It is not only a delicious mealtime staple but also a shared taste memory of Fucheng for Taiwanese people. Currently, the company's operations are extensive. Besides its own stores and sales agents, Black Bridge products are widely available in supermarkets and hypermarkets nationwide, holding over 50% market share and ranking first. Cooked sausages are also sold in FamilyMart convenience stores. In recent years, Black Bridge products can also be purchased in Hong Kong and Japan.
