Our products are free of artificial colors, MSG, and artificial flavors, and are commercially sterilized at high temperatures and high pressure. They contain no preservatives and can be stored at room temperature for one year. The Taiwan Luwei Museum is the only luwei factory in Taiwan with multiple international certifications. To educate more people about the technological production process of luwei and its history, a tourist factory was established. Visitors can observe the luwei production process through glass display windows and learn various facts about eggs and cooking tips through the Golden Egg DIY experience. Additionally, the museum offers exquisite and delicious luwei set meals and champion beef noodles for guests to enjoy. Nearby, you'll also find Asia's only indoor aircraft exhibition hall, the "Aviation Education Exhibition Hall." Everyone is welcome to come to Gangshan for a day trip. **What you can see** – Glass display windows allow you to observe the technological luwei production process. **What you can hear** – Through the explanations of our tour guides, you can learn the story of how a business started with NT$5,000 from a night market, transformed into wholesale, and now exports traditional delicacies to 30 countries worldwide. **What you can experience** – The Golden Egg DIY class allows you to personally create beautiful and delicious golden eggs, and also take home an exclusive souvenir gift box from the Taiwan Luwei Museum. Furthermore, there are various other DIY courses available, including painted egg DIY, eco-friendly windmill DIY, and sky lantern DIY for blessings. **What you can photograph** – Multiple photo-taking and check-in areas are designated throughout the museum, both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor courtyard, the Beef Noodle Story Hall, and the entrepreneurial food cart role-playing zone are all prime photo spots. **What you can buy** – 1. Mischievous Iron Eggs: Carefully selected fresh eggs from Southern Taiwan, baked with alternating hot and cold temperatures to create fragrant, chewy, and elastic mischievous iron eggs. 2. Mischievous Dried Tofu: Made from selected non-GMO soybeans and braised with precious medicinal herbs, leaving an unforgettable taste. 3. Pacific Saury: Braised until the fish bones are soft enough to be eaten whole from head to tail, making it an excellent souvenir choice. **What you can eat** – The museum offers luwei dishes. Visitors can purchase freshly braised luwei on the first floor to enjoy in the second-floor restaurant, or order directly from the second-floor restaurant, which offers luwei set meals, luwei noodles, and champion beef noodles.
