Mr. Liang, the chairman of Hungtai Enterprise, driven by his concern for the Taiwanese people, hoped that they could enjoy high-quality medical devices while also reducing their healthcare expenditures. Therefore, despite a lack of resources, he resolutely invested in researching medical device products that were largely unfamiliar to the Taiwanese people at the time, relying on a NT$350,000 youth startup loan. Initially, the focus was on various medical conductive gels and electrode patches. Today, 'Made in Taiwan' is a guarantee of quality, but at that time, for medical institutions that only trusted imported products, accepting Taiwan-made products was far from easy. Nevertheless, Hungtai steadily established itself in the Taiwanese market with unwavering patience and perseverance. After establishing a solid foundation in the Taiwanese market, Hungtai refocused on strengthening its product competitiveness and diversity, no longer limiting itself to the production of medical consumables. Instead, it moved on to research and develop related medical devices, such as the TENS electrotherapy machine, one of Hungtai's flagship products, and medical cables. Subsequently, Hungtai successively obtained GMP certification for medical devices from the Department of Health and multiple international certifications, successfully entering the global market and becoming a pride of Taiwan on the international stage. In 2008 (ROC year 97), Hungtai, upholding the stringent standards applied to medical device production, ventured into manufacturing medical aesthetic products.
