[Assessment Validity Period: 2022/07/22~2025/07/21] The establishment of the cultural museum stemmed from Chairman Jiang Chang-han's emotional connection to his family and his cherished memories of delicious fermented tofu. For over six decades, it has documented a deep bond with fermented tofu, allowing visitors to experience the enduring aged flavors and cultural heritage through tasting and tours. Shin Pung Lai Foods Co., Ltd., founded by Jiang Feng-sheng in 1940, has nurtured its fermented products for over six decades. In 1965, Shin Pung Lai Food Factory was officially established, adopting the family name 'Jiang' as its registered trademark, thus becoming known as 'Jiang's'. In 2004, it was officially renamed Shin Pung Lai Foods Co., Ltd., entering a new era of corporate management. In 2007, it penetrated domestic chain channels with its own brand 'Jiang's'. In 2009, it actively participated in international food exhibitions, dedicating itself to developing overseas market channels. In 2011, a new factory was built, introducing advanced tofu manufacturing machinery to enhance food safety, hygiene, and research and development capabilities. In 2012, the 'Jiang's Fermented Tofu Cultural Museum' was established, utilizing its exhibition space to promote the culture of fermented tofu. With over sixty years of inherited experience, Jiang's meticulously produces various types of fermented tofu, marketing them globally and enjoying widespread renown.
