The Taiwan Miso Brewing Culture Hall features a wealth of interactive experience routes and props. In addition to being suitable for parent-child activities and "outdoor education" for elementary and junior high school students, it also designs "in-depth tours and experiential tourism" itineraries for domestic and international tourists. Furthermore, in its industrial development, it is committed to environmental protection, energy saving, and carbon reduction, providing the best demonstration site for "sustainable tourism." Tucked away in a small alley in Fengyuan, Wei Rong's three generations of sauce aroma have matured for nearly 70 years. That rich, mellow, and aromatic taste has been simmering with history, giving rise to Taiwan's first organic miso and organic black bean soy sauce brands. Founder Mr. Hsu Huo-Lieh established Central Taiwan's first professional brewing factory in 1954. To promote the spirit of Taiwan's brewing culture, he founded the nation's first miso brewing culture hall. The hall displays century-old antique cedar barrels, wooden koji-making trays, and more, and introduces the origins, history, and types of early brewed foods. This helps the public learn about miso and various other brewed foods, offering them safer, richer, and healthier kitchen condiment choices.
