This marked the beginning of a new life for the wagashi passed down through generations. Since the brand's reinvention, Shouxinfang has continuously transformed and grown, balancing tradition and innovation. Therefore, investing in the planning of a "tourism factory" has always been our long-term business goal and direction. By combining the delicate spirit of Japanese wagashi culture with deep cultivation of local culture, we aim to integrate wagashi culture with more diverse facets, making it easier for more Taiwanese people to experience the ultimate culture of Japanese culinary art. Furthermore, we hope to highlight the humanistic spirit of Japanese wagashi through guided tours, conveying the delicate representation of a "five-sense integrated art." Through the transformation of "brand reinvention," we aspire to integrate the concepts of "humanities," "innovation," "education," and "heritage," reshaping the new values created by traditional industries. This new vitality is now shining brightly and radiating warmth. Shouxinfang has always believed that only through continuous innovation in craftsmanship, development of healthy ingredients, and implementation of professional quality control can we offer the most thoughtful hospitality to our customers. Only then can we transform the evolving wagashi culinary art and culture into an exquisite skill that stimulates all five senses, helping the new generation of wagashi transcend different world cultures, earn more appreciation, and be passed down for generations.
