[Evaluation Validity Period: 2023/08/22~2026/08/21] [Excellence Validity Period: 2011/10/05~2014/10/04] The museum is divided into four main areas: A. Corporate History and Culture Zone, B. Instrument Manufacturing Experience Zone, C. Instrument Introduction Zone, and D. Instrument Knowledge Zone. It provides a detailed explanation of the "Made in Taiwan" saxophone industry, including the story of Chang Lien-Cheng, the development of the Houli saxophone industry, an exhibition of artifacts and instruments, the origin of the saxophone (from Belgium), an introduction to the manufacturing process, an explanation of saxophone types, and related knowledge. Visiting this museum allows students to clearly understand the origins of this industry and even gain a deeper understanding of saxophones, making it a profound cultural journey. Depending on group activity times, visits can be arranged in various combinations, including DIY activities, guided tours, film screenings, and manufacturing process tours.
