Zuoying Old City Station

Located near the Zuoying Old City area (the former Fengshan County City), this is also the starting station for the Kaohsiung Railway Underground Project. The station's architecture shapes Zuoying Station into a 'jewelry box that unlocks the memories of the ancient city.' By integrating with the surrounding ancient city walls, the station transforms into a symbolic gateway for entering the Kaohsiung metropolitan area. Therefore, 'Old Walls, New Canals' serves as the primary design theme for this station. During its design, the three elements of wind, light, and water were incorporated to shape Zuoying Station into a 'breathing wall' filled with light and greenery.
