This living cultural park, renovated from old school buildings, is designated as a historical monument along with Qishan Elementary School across the street. The school buildings within the park listed as historical monuments include the auditorium, faculty and staff offices, and classrooms. Both were built in the 9th year of the Taishō era during the Japanese colonial period (1920 CE). The front of the auditorium features elegant triple arches, the roof's apex has wooden cross gables, and the entrance corridor also has triple arches, making it a simple yet beautiful building.
