Diyuan Temple

Diyuan Temple is located in Hongshuikeng, Liugui District, near Butterfly Valley and Laonong River. It is a branch temple of Yuanzhao Temple in Niaosong and is one of the Three Great Temples of Liugui, alongside Shenwei Tiantaishan and Miaochong Temple. Diyuan Temple primarily enshrines Sakyamuni Buddha and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, attracting numerous devotees and enjoying flourishing incense offerings even on weekdays. Surrounded by mountains, and situated with its back to the mountains and facing water, Diyuan Temple appears serene and profound, tranquil and transcendent.
