Meinong Lake

Meinong Lake was built in 1748. Covering an area of 21 hectares, it is Kaohsiung City's second-largest artificial lake, second only to Chengcing Lake. With mountains to its northwest and surrounded by fields on three sides, it boasts beautiful lake and mountain scenery. The entire Meinong Lake area features a circular walking path and a bicycle path along its shores. Visitors enjoy cycling, strolling, or fishing here, and the tourist service center offers bicycle rentals.
