A temple built to commemorate the achievements of Cao Jin, the county magistrate who served during the Daoguang era. On the south side of the square in front of the temple, 12 stone tablets from different eras are preserved. Among them, the 'Record of Cao Gong Canal,' carved on 4 long granite slabs, is the official document submitted to the imperial court in the 19th year of the Daoguang era (1839) when 'Cao Gong Canal' was named, commending Cao Jin's accomplishments.
