The Confucius Temple, located on the north shore of Lotus Pond, was built and completed in 1976. It is a new style of Song Dynasty palace-style architecture, modeled after the Song Dynasty style of the Confucius Temple in Qufu, Shandong, including structures like Dacheng Gate, Dacheng Hall, Lingxing Gate, Li Men (Gate of Propriety), and Yi Lu (Path of Righteousness). Inside, there is a bronze wall relief sculpture depicting the deeds of Confucius. On its back are the four characters 'Wan Ren Gong Qiang' (Ten-Thousand-Ren Palace Wall), praising Confucius' profound scholarship and morality.
