Qingshuiyan Scenic Area (Linyuan Qingshui Temple)

Qingshuiyan is located in the Fengshan Hills, Tanhou Village, Linyuan District. The entire area is characterized by unique coral reef rock formations. Natural springs frequently emerge from underground, flowing endlessly, which gave Qingshuiyan its name 'Qingshui' (clear water). It has been recognized as one of the Eight Sceneries of Kaohsiung since the Japanese colonial period. The most famous attractions include Qingshui Temple and the former Japanese military combat tunnel, 'Longpan Cave'.
