After Typhoon Morakot severely impacted Kaohsiung's mountainous areas, Jiaxian's tourism industry was significantly affected. The farm owner, who had served as the Secretary-General of the Jiaxian business district for many years, recognized the need for Jiaxian to develop new green energy tourism models to create opportunities for residents.
