Xiluo Temple, honored as the 'First Temple of Taiwan,' is a very important temple in the Wutiaogang area. It was established by members of the Guo clan during the Kangxi era (1718 AD), enshrining Guangze Zunwang, the ancestral deity of the Guo clan, and is commonly known as Shengwang Gong Temple. It has a long history and thriving incense offerings. The temple houses many precious plaques, such as Emperor Xianfeng's 'Grace Protecting All Taiwan' and Emperor Guangxu's and President Chiang Ching-kuo's respective dedications of 'Security for the World,' all of which are valuable treasures.
