Zengwen River Estuary Wetland

Ranked alongside Sicao Wetland as one of Taiwan's two major international-level wetlands, it is located at the estuary of the Zengwen River. Its northern boundary extends from the Guosheng Port Lighthouse (Cigu Lighthouse) on Dingtou'e Sandbar, encompassing the South Levee and Cigu Seashore Levee. To the south, it reaches the Qingcaolun Levee on the south bank of the Zengwen River. To the east, it is bordered by Provincial Highway 17 (Guoxing Bridge). The western marine area extends to the 6-meter depth contour, with a total area of 3,218 hectares.
