Black Bridge Sausage Museum

The Black Bridge Sausage Museum is quite famous in Tainan. It originated from 'Wuqiaozi' (烏橋仔) next to Fuchien Road in its early days, hence the name 'Black Bridge'. Arriving at the factory entrance is impressive, with an exterior as splendid as a boutique. The large bowl at the entrance mimics the scene of playing dice at old temple-side sausage stalls, inviting visitors to start playing as soon as they enter.
