Tainan Second Senior High School (Former Tainan Middle School Auditorium)

The former Tainan Middle School Auditorium was built in 1918 and is now the small auditorium of Tainan Second Senior High School. During the Japanese colonial period, middle schools generally operated under two systems: one for Japanese students and one for Taiwanese students. This particular school was originally a middle school primarily for Japanese students. However, after World War II, the number of Japanese students drastically decreased, and it briefly merged with the current Tainan First Senior High School before officially becoming Tainan Second Senior High School.
