Tang De-chang Memorial Park

During the Japanese colonial period, influenced by European architectural styles, urban planning and road construction often incorporated roundabout designs. Tang De-chang Memorial Park was designed as a roundabout and served as the municipal center of Tainan at the time. Important official buildings such as the Tainan Prefectural Hall and the United Office Building were also concentrated in this area.
