Former Tainan Shrine Office and Outer Garden

The Former Tainan Shrine Office and Outer Garden were built concurrently with the Butokuden around 1936. Both its materials and architectural style are similar to those of the Butokuden. While some believe it served as the shrine's administrative office, others suggest it was likely a resting area for the shrine. Regardless of its original function, it stands as a remarkably beautiful example of Japanese colonial-era architecture.
