Train stations across Taiwan serve as the gateway to their respective regions. I believe everyone is quite familiar with Tainan Station. If someone tells you they'll wait for you under the character '火' (fire) at Tainan Train Station, they're definitely trying to trick you. This is an old joke related to Tainan Station.
