Qigu Sea-viewing Tower

On the coast of Tainan, many beautiful scenes are precious, season-limited spectacles. After summer afternoon thunderstorms, it is usually the most beautiful and dreamiest time. The Sea-viewing Tower is an excellent spot for many photographers to capture the varying color temperatures of the sun's afterglow. When the sky is clear, it displays a gradient of colors. In just one hour around sunset, there will be numerous color changes, and it never gets old, no matter how many times you witness it. With the addition of cloud cover or refraction, you can even witness magnificent, 'Jesus ray'-like beams of light spectacularly unfolding over the lagoon. It's an absolutely unmissable sunset spot in Qigu during summer. Summer evenings are the best time to photograph the Sea-viewing Tower's Z-shaped oyster racks. There are fewer streetlights on the road leading to the Sea-viewing Tower, so please drive slowly and carefully when leaving at night.
