308 Heights is the highest vantage point of Zuozhen Caoshan. From here, you can overlook the magnificent chalk badlands scenery of the entire Moon World, witnessing a vast and desolate landscape reminiscent of the moon's surface. During summer, whenever the sun re-emerges after an afternoon shower, layers of mist will form among the mountain ridges. With the sunlight shining through, it creates oblique rays of light similar to those seen at Erliao's sunrise, dyeing the entire Moon World's peaks a golden yellow. A Japanese photographer once stayed for two months at a local residence in 308 Heights to capture the exquisite beauty of this place, only leaving after capturing satisfactory works.
