Visitor Essentials

Wucheng'en Park, covering an area of 2 hectares, features tourist facilities such as Xuanwu Terrace, Xuanwu Pavilion, Wude Pavilion, Wucheng Bridge, and Guanhulou (Lake View Pavilion). Within the park, small bridges cross flowing streams, and pavilions and towers dot the landscape, creating picturesque scenery, making it the best recreational destination for residents of Xiaying District. Next to the park's entrance is the "Annals of Xiaying Beiji Xuantian Shangdi Temple," established in 1955, which chronicles the miraculous stories of Xuantian Shangdi. The old "Dragon Flying and Phoenix Dancing" stone relief and a pair of stone drums at the entrance are ancient artifacts dismantled during the reconstruction of Shangdi Temple, inspiring a profound sense of historical contemplation.
