Taichung Station has spanned a century of history, connecting the cultural and humanistic landscapes of Greater Taichung. From the establishment of the first-generation station in 1905, to the second-generation station built in 1917 to accommodate expanding traffic volume, and finally the third-generation station born with the railway elevation in 2016, it is the only station in Taiwan where three generations coexist. The century-old second-generation station has retired from its operational duties, standing as a national monument and an important cultural asset. To revive the former glory of the old station and allow the public to access this valuable cultural asset, the JINGDIAN International team has taken over to create the 'Taichung Station Railway Culture Park' and promote its preservation plan!
