Dakeng No. 1 Trail Fitness Training Course

The Dakeng Fitness Training Course is a popular forest playground located on Taichung's Dakeng No. 1 Hiking Trail. Situated at the 0.4K mark of the No. 1 Hiking Trail, it has undergone a complete upgrade, now featuring 12 physical training challenge stations that require visitors to use both their hands and feet to navigate. It offers an exciting and quite challenging experience.
