Imperial Sugar Refinery Taichung Office

The historic Imperial Sugar Refinery Taichung Office, built in 1935, originally served as the business office for the Taichung factory of Japan's Imperial Sugar Co., Ltd. In Taichung, the refinery witnessed the rise, fall, and transformation of local industries, and was designated a historic building in 2016. It reopened in 2019 under the planning and operation of the Hao-Wei-Zi team. They continue to curate industrial cultural exhibitions, distinctive themed restaurants, and ProLab artisan workshops at the site, preserving the local spirit while injecting new elements and vitality into the Imperial Sugar Refinery.
