Legislators' Guesthouse (Yilu Guesthouse) at the Legislative Yuan Democracy and Parliamentary Affairs Park

The Legislators' Guesthouse (Yilu Guesthouse) is located within the Legislative Yuan Democracy and Parliamentary Affairs Park and is Taiwan's first heritage guesthouse. Through the revitalization of a heritage site, it breathes new life into a historic building, offering dining, accommodation, meetings, wedding banquets, and leisure services. It also provides accommodation for groups or individuals who wish to conduct parliamentary-related educational training, workshops, academic exchanges, conferences, and visitation needs within the park. This not only fulfills the government's obligation and social responsibility to preserve and maintain important public assets, but also, through the operating income from accommodation and ancillary facilities, reduces the financial burden on the government, while simultaneously creating employment opportunities and stimulating the local economy.
