Dali Art Plaza

The "Dali Art Plaza" is located within the "Taichung Software Park," a major national-level development project by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. It is designed to have "cultural creativity" and "cultural arts" as its core industries, aligning with the national "Creative Taiwan - Cultural and Creative Industries Development Plan." The aim is to enhance the international competitiveness of Taiwan's art and cultural and creative industries, with the further hope that the "Taichung Software Park" will become a hub for art and cultural and creative industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
