The building where the Taiwan Suncake Museum is located is 'Quan'antang', a well-preserved century-old structure that has stood since the Japanese colonial era, its charm undiminished. In its early days, Quan'antang served as a pharmacy, selling imported medicines, daily necessities, and more. Today, through revitalization by a professional design team, the old building has regained its splendor, cleverly integrating the characteristics of Taichung's local traditional industries, allowing the historically rich pastry culture and the century-old monument to spark an amazing synergy.
