Dajia Jenn Lann Temple

Dajia Jenn Lann Temple is one of Taiwan's most renowned Mazu temples, with a history of over 200 years. Throughout the year, incense burns brightly and worshippers continuously stream in. Coupled with the annual Mazu pilgrimage held in the third lunar month, it has become a world-class religious event, attracting domestic and international visitors. It is Dajia's most representative attraction. The temple's Violet Jade Mazu and the Golden Mazu in the Mazu Culture Museum on the first basement level are its most precious treasures. Mazu is now even listed as one of Taichung's Three Treasures, making it a must-visit attraction for Taichung tourism.
