Taichung International Airport

Taichung International Airport began operations at Ching Chuan Kang Airport on March 6, 2004, relocating from Shuinan Airport. Initially, it primarily served domestic routes. However, to meet local demand and accommodate the booming development of tourism, the airport has continuously optimized passenger immigration and customs clearance procedures and improved airport service facilities, aiming to appropriately expand international and regional routes within a 4-6 hour flight range.
