Master Ah Tsung's Taro Cultural Museum

Master Ah Tsung, known as the 'master of creative pastries' and 'the father of Dajia taro pastry,' has been immersed in butter and flour for nearly six decades since starting his career in 1960 (Year 49 of the Republic of China). He consistently insists on sourcing local ingredients, using his experienced, rustic hands to knead his gratitude for the land into every pastry made from local agricultural specialties. He has transformed his hometown into a 'pastry dreamland,' inviting gourmets from all over to share the most selfless gifts from this land, bringing them back to the original, simple joy of appreciation and sharing.
