Daliyi Cultural Center

Daliyi is an old place name, now known as Dali District. It is located between the north bank of the Dali River and the Han River. In the early days, bamboo rafts could transport goods here along the Dadu River, benefiting from its accessibility by watercraft. Due to the rapid currents, stakes (杙) were set up along the banks to secure boats, hence the name 'Yi'.
