Rinan Station

Rinan Station is located on the north bank of the Daan River and was opened in 1922, making it one of the few representative historic stations in Taiwan. Its name is derived from the Chinese transliteration of the Pingpu aboriginal community's name formerly located in this area. Rinan Station is one of the five remaining wooden stations along the Coastal Line, sharing an almost identical architectural style (a Japanese-Western fusion style with a hip-and-gable roof) with stations such as Tanwen, Dashan, and Xinpu.
