It serves as one of the important venues in central Taiwan for annual National Memorial Day ceremonies. The entire architectural complex includes the following elements: a memorial archway (located on Lixing Road), a main gate, a front hall, two hexagonal pavilions, a fish pond, a main hall, and the Jingzhong Gate, among others.
