Guanyin Rock Trail

The Guanyin Rock Trail is adjacent to Pingxi Old Street, with a total length of approximately 0.7 kilometers, and is part of New Taipei City's Smile Mountain Line. Guanyin Rock (the temple) is located on the mountainside diagonally opposite Pingxi Station. It primarily enshrines Guanyin Bodhisattva and Emperor Guan. A 'Stele of Praising Virtue,' commemorating the local development history, stands beside the temple. From the platform in front of the temple, visitors can overlook the entire Pingxi settlement.
