Taiwan Head Brewers Brewing Company was founded in the spring of 2015. We strive to brew beer using local ingredients as much as possible, incorporating unique Taiwanese flavors such as winter melon tea sugar, Changhua jasmine flowers, Pingtung cocoa beans, Oriental Beauty tea, and more, to bring everyone delicious beers with a taste of this island.
